Shoes

I find a balance between object and emotion. My inspirations come through observing and capturing the essence of a moment in time.

Everything we own is and imprint of life. We come into a moment and pass out of it but leave evidence of our presence. Our physical bodies may not be here, but our spirit lives through the objects we have come into contact with.

I am exploring the significance of the seemingly insignificant, using shoes as the metaphor. Shoes carry the human body and spirit through time. The creases left in the fibers are like lifelines expressing the personality, and the worn edges the course of our lives.
